Hi, my name is Adrian Bugla and before I built websites and ran ad campaigns, I've worked in construction and healthcare.
I know what it's like to be out on the tools in the rain and wind, getting a job done no matter what the weather throws at you. I also know what it feels like coming off a run of 12-hour night shifts in a care home dementia unit — that particular kind of tired that stays with you.
